PHARMACY pharmacists have always filled pills automatically. However they have always forgot some. So instead of going in and having to wait I call to make sure any that can be filled are. Im not home and she asked all the questions to identfy me and she would not fill the meds if I didnt have bottle or needs name however. They always went down list and filled by dates. The arrangement was auto filled with phone call.. They have never filled all meds requested and forget so i have to wait. I had pills that i do need and couldnt get unitil next day. I have been in hospital 4 times this month. Not having the pills put me over the edge and I ended up having to go to hospital again. The next day I found out the excuse is shes new pharmacist which does not make sense you mean she doesnt know how to look at date and fill it like they always do with out me calling?? I know doctors you can file complaint against license and in one case the doctor was at fault for not providing another way for person to get care..in this case meds. Now i just went to pawtucket where on the phone she told me what was ready to fill. She doesnt even know me just asked info to identify me. Again she forgot about one of the meds but much better service.

I was disappointed that no one could access The Perri SWEET Italian sausage for me. There was only Hot ...it was a coupon item and I spent over double what I would have had to to purchase it. I was told it was at the bottom of the freezer with lots of other things on top making it inaccessible. Not what customers really want to hear. : (

Price of my meats would not ring up almost 1/2 hour waiting SO lefted with nothing. East Prov.Store way too long and return some thing went though the same thing SAD because I love stop and shop. Wont ever go too that 1 again. 3rd time went their and Always something wrong.

Handy location. The store is clean and carries enough variety. The produce is usually fresh, nice selection of organic/natural foods at decent prices. They carry uncured meats, vegetarian products, etc.

They had 4 registers open...and all the rest were self checkout. Hire employees you cheapskates! Multimillion dollar company.. open some registers..get these lines moving

Stop & Shop itself was great clean efficient except for the self-checkouts malfunction numerous products needed assistance they were very helpful knew their job well

Very busy location with lines at each register. Also parking can be hard and getting out of the plaza during busy times too.
