A few months ago my husband and I purchased Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge phones for each of us. We went to the AT&T store in Tewksbury MA so that we could have our contact numbers transferred from our previous phones to the Samsungs. We were told we should buy a plastic protector for the face of the phone, which we did, at $24.99 each. The plastic protector was installed poorly with bumps all over the face and the edges crinkled up. After months of dealing with this, we decided to have them replaced. I looked at the hours for the Tewksbury store online and it said they opened at 9:00 AM. I switched phones with my husband to bring his in to the store. My phone would have to wait until next week. I got there at 9:50 AM this morning and there was a note on the door saying that they were opening at 10:00 AM. I waited until 10:10 AM, then called the AT&T 800 number. I was put on hold while they tried calling the store, then the back-up number. It seems as though they decided, after writing the 10:00 AM note on the door to open at 11:00 AM. The AT&T telephone representative told me to go to a different AT&T store in North Chelmsford, MA, that was 15 minutes away, which I did. When I got there, Christopher told me that the plastic coating on my phone was garbage and doesnt help, but that he had a glass protector he could sell me at a discount. I said OK. Then he told me that he couldnt sell me anything because the computer was down and to call him in a few hours, which I did. Computer still down. After 2 more calls Christopher told me that the computer was up so I drove to the store. Traffic was a little heavier at this point, so the ride took me 25 minutes. When I got there, Christopher ripped the plastic off the face of my husbands phone, then went searching for the glass protector. Christopher then told me that they didnt have any glass protectors and didnt know when they would be getting any more. He told me to call him in about a week. I asked him to take my number and call me when he had them. He suggested that I should call him because he would only lose my number anyways. I am so upset at the lack of professionalism and customer service displayed by both of these stores. I wish I had not bought the Samsung phone. Its not worth the aggravation. If I could have selected 0 stars, I would have.

Went to store because AT&T sold me a SIM card that did not work. Only one employee in store, clearly exasperated with her current customer, who seemed perfectly nice and reasonable. Asked what other folks were in line for. Guy in front of me wanted an iPhone, she immediately snapped "we dont have any iPhone 6s" (this was the week after the Apple in-store launch). Guy replies he doesnt want the 6, just any other phone. She snaps back,"we dont have any of those either, sold them all today." OK, I guess thats possible, and the guy walks out of the store. Then she asks me what I want, and I reply I need to replace the AT&T SIM I was given a week earlier in another AT&T store because it does not work. She replies, "were all out of SIM cards". I then asked, "Really? In all sizes?" She snaps back "Yes". I ask "How can that be? You are an AT&T Store, you should have stacks of them, since they cost you like 10 cents each to make." She replies, "its because the iPhone 6 launched last week," REALLY, AT&T? YOU DIDNT KNOW APPLE WAS LAUNCHING AN IPHONE? THEIR LAST LAUNCH SOLD 9 MILLION PHONES IN THE FIRST WEEKEND. THIS ONE WAS SOLD 10 MILLION FIRST WEEKEND. HOW MUCH MORE INFO DO YOU NEED TO PLAN FOR SIM CARD INVENTORIES? Pathetic store, pathetic rep, pathetic excuses for not having SIM cards. This store should not exist. Avoid like the plague.

I would say that the staff they have here is pathetic and they should definitely consider hiring better staff. I met this guy named "Daniel". When I discussed about the network service of ATT, he was criticizing ATT and said that he himself has ATT and it does not have coverage in his own house. When asked if its possible to save some money on my monthly bill by changing my plan or something, he advised me to change the service to a better network company. I mean he was not willing to advice me anything which would help. Also, he was very rude in demeanor and wouldnt let me finish my questions and cut me multiple times in between, maybe it was not his best day at work or maybe someone slept with his wife the day before. Regardless,I would never go to this store again and seeing the poor service, I would change to another network provider soon.

Called to talk to someone about a new IPHONE. Got two idiots picking up the phone at the same time. I said hello and they both hung up. When I called back, I mentioned that it was rude to hang up on a customer and the fool on the other end of the phone told me I was rude and continued her less than smart attitude, till I got her name and hung up. LOL All I wanted to do was buy a $750.00 IPHONE 6Plus. Contacting corporate office on Monday. Apparently ATT is hiring street thugs to man there stores in Tewksbury. LOL Verizon here I come!!!!

What a delightful experience I had dropped my phone at the Patriots game and my screen was black and I could not see anything. A young girl named Anabel I believe first hooked my phone up to a machine to see what was going on with my phone,this technology really blew me away. Once it was determined that my phone was a goner she assisted me in picking out a new one. She was very pleasent and I can not say enough about my experience , if your a ATT customer definitely come here you wont regret it.

The customer service staff was great getting all of the info. from my VERY old phone into my new.They were extremely knowledgeable, patient and pleasant.Letting them know I am phone illiterate,they took me through all the functions of the new phone which really helped me.Thanks !!

Time well spent at this store the girl anabelle hope i spelled it right was great sales rep helped me out getting a new phone after getting my old phone stolen will come here again if ever something happens with my at&t question.

I went in with a problem with my phone and they were able to fix it without breaking a sweat. They even took the time to check my bill and found me some savings I never knew I could get. Great people and a great experience.

Awesome! I went in there to switch over from T-Mobile and the staff was exceptional. They answered all my questions and really made me feel comfortable with the switch! I recommend everyone make this your go to spot

I went to the store to get a new sims card for my new iphone 7. The woman who was there helped me right away and was very nice about it! i wanted to share this because she was great.
