Wife purchased an item which was on sale. After the clerk rang up the item, my wife told her that the price rung up was wrong and that it was on sale, the clerk stated that the employees had to remember which items were on sale, and that she could not remember every item on sale. My wife stated that with modern technology, the computer system should be able to ring up items correctly and if the item was not on sale, she did not want it. The clerk stated that my wife would have to go to customer service for any refund or adjustment. Another long line to wait in! First and last time shopping at Hobby Lobby!

Love this store! Way back, i had purchased everything minus the clothes for my wedding. Another great thing here, is everything is pretty much on sale all the time, but if it isnt one week, you can bet the following week it is. The always have a 50% off or a 40% off coupon online you can use in store too. Also they have great gifts for anyone of any age, i find better, more useful things here than at toys r us for my kids, and at a greater deal as well, especially around holidays and birthdays.

Morning manager is extremely rude and impatient. My son stood up for one second inside the shopping cart and I was told in a loud voice to make my kid sit down or he would ask us to leave the store. Great store, I love Hobby Lobby but Ill make sure not to come back during his shift.

The store has a wide variety of items. Warning: their home decor products tend to be damaged so be careful before you buy. Their prices are too high, but they do have coupons available every so often. Also, being closed on Sunday is incredibly inconvenient.

Confusing pricing and signage was not clear. Employees did not seem too happy to talk for help and did not seem happy when giving answers. Items are priced OK when on sale or otherwise Id rather go to Pier 1 imports in the same plaza for full price items.

Morning manager was very rude to me and refused to exchange an item that I had just purchased 3 days prior, even though I had the receipt and had spent a good deal of money at the store on that trip. Will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere.

Typical hobby lobby - only a bit understaffed when we visited. Waited over 10 minutes for someone in the fabric section and found out theyve vastly reduced their patterns but still have books on display with the patterns.

I love Hobby Lobby. No bike rack. One can reach this store by RIPTA really enough. Their store brand yarn is good quality at a nice price point. I love that their fabric selection includes prints I cannot find elsewhere.
