8/29/15 aprox 4pm. I love Starbucks and have traveled across the U.S. and have always had wonderful service. Today I had ordered a drink through drive thru and it was busy, so when I got home I wasnt upset that I received the incorrect drink. I simply drove back and requested for them to change it, I usually dont do this and deal with it but I disliked the drink they gave me. I got eye rolls from each worker on the floor and the women who took the drive thru orders said that she didnt "hear" me say the drink I actually ordered. Her tone was rude and the other people working just rolled their eyes. I had my old drink on the counter and picked it up to go dump it, and the same person said, "since youre not gonna drink it Ill dump it for you." Which wouldve been nice if it wasnt said rudely. I wish I read her name tag, she had blonde hair. I simply wanted the drink I paid for. Thats all. Not the attitude problems it came with.

This Starbucks does not have good black coffee. Of course the drinks with insane amounts of fat and sugar are hard to screw up, given how much human taste buds enjoy those things, but I judge the quality of this establishment on its ability to produce a good cup of COFFEE. If you have anything remotely like a refined palate, skip this place. Brew a cup yourself, stop in at one of the local coffee shops like Cloud Nine or a place on Penn Avenue, or even go to a diner. Just dont come here if youre expecting coffee worth drinking. On a more positive note, the employees at this Starbucks are very nice, and Ive always been treated courteously. The faults in Starbucks products originate with the companys standards, not the baristas.

Normally I thought that I have a great experience here but then I realized for about the last year Ive been using the drive-thru. Today I went inside, the place was dirty it was bits of paper over the floor, the guy at the register was incompetent he just wouldnt listen to the orders so hed end up asking you if you wanted something that you already ordered, "Id like a hot, venti, cascara latte please"..." would you like that hot or cold?"... Hot... "What size would you like?"... VENTI! I dont maybe they just ran their B team today. Product quality was fine...

I go to many many Starbucks everywhere in the state when traveling for work. I purposely went back online just to find this specific Starbucks to post a review. This was probably the most streamlined Starbucks Ive ever seen, never have I seen 3 baristas work together as one so efficiently. I think they should train employees here to show them how its done, cause it was seriously impressive. Fantastic job ladies, if I am ever in the general area, I will be stopping in. Everything from service to quality was over the top.

Never been to this location before.... BUT Extremely friendly service. Asked how I was, which I gave a not so common response to.... this was proceeded with (drum role) "let me help you have a better day"..... a kind heart and a double shot of expresso Frappuccino on the house. Well.... caffeine has never tasted so smooth! Thank you!!!!

People need manners and what a mess, I ordered a sandwich and there girl said the had none , so, I ordered the sandwich on line and the same girl made the sandwich for online pick up. I went over and picked up the sandwich and thanked her, she didnt know what to say. Why she lied I couldnt answer that. But the whole place was a mess.

I go there often, service is quick inside. Drive thru line is often long. They can make almost anything. They are very inventive. Its quite cozy there. I wished it was located somewhere trendy. Next to a Wal-Mart just doesnt cut it for me. Parking is very limited. Overall its a nice place to hangout.

This is a great Starbucks with consistent service which is wonderful. Theres also a drive through and the staff is always extra friendly. The only downside is that they need to work on their selection of food so that they dont run out of items so quickly.

I was not impressed with this location. We waited for about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us to take our order. I had to add sugar to my iced vanilla latte - which I never have to do that. Something was just off about this location.

Wow. I try to be patient and fair with service people, but these "baristas" were exceptionally unpleasant. Poor customer service, and they got both mine and my wifes drink orders wrong. Guess thats what we get for veering from the local joints.

I always order lite ice...they filled the venti cup with ice and said it was lite ice. Then put all water and almost no syrup in my husbands berry berry hibiscus because i complained. Not happy with this particular Starbucks.

I go to dozens of locations throughout the country and this is by far the slowest and most inaccurate. I am plagued with hot beverages when I order cold and vice versa. The baristas are nice enough but seem untrained.

What you would expect from a Starbucks, but it seems to be perpetually crowded with a long line. Dont think thats the staffs fault, its the only Starbucks in the area

Sometimes there is a long line but the coffee made here is great and the staff is really nice. The place is very clean too. Sometimes even parking gets crowded lol.

Starbucks great place great Tea great coffees very crowded all the time and very friendly and when they make a mistake they fix the mistake. Great customer service

Clean and the employees were polite. I liked that they have a fair amount of chairs and space were you can have a coffee and work on your laptop.

While theres never a wait shorter than 7 or 8 minutes its the only Starbucks in the area that makes my drinks correctly. Plus, cake pops.

Slammed is the word Id use to describe this starbucks. They always run out of stuff so dont order on the app unless your feeling lucky.

Pretty good coffee but over rated for sure. Its not really worth the wait and price combination. And the app/rewards system is wack.

As the only real Starbucks in Reading, youd think it would have to be good, however they manage to mess up drinks on the regular.
