This is a small cafe inside Dunhams department store. Dunhams is the last family run independant department store in the United States celebrating its 109th anniversary! The cafe is counter service and serves sandwiches, wraps, pastries, soup, Starbucks coffee and Tazo tea as well as soft drinks. We stopped for lunch around 2 p.m.. They were out of turkey for sandwiches, we got the last cup of one of the two soups of day, and they were out of stuffed baked potatoes. The good news is that the creamy turkey rice soup was wonderful! It was too bad that the batch was done so early.

The baristas who helped me at the coffee shop werent really friendly because they didnt make eye contact, which made it seem like I was wasting their time. I was able to stay for quite a while to work on my laptop since they provide free WiFi. There were crowds every once in a while, but no one was a distraction. The people here seem to be regulars because they were talking to each other in a familiar way.

Lovely little cafe inside of Dunhams, serving Starbucks coffee. Didnt spend a lot of time here, but I love anything Starbucks.
