Ive been here several times it is a an ok Starbucks staff is friendly and is pretty quick about getting orders done. It is small so if want a seat I would make sure you get there before the crowds. The place is clean including the bathrooms so that is a plus. My recommendation is head two minutes down the road to Albaster Coffee it is bigger and has better coffee.

I like to use the Starbucks app as I can place my order before I leave my house and its ready by the time I drive there (so now waiting needed!). The barista makes my drink (customized) perfectly every time! Also, the rewards system is great. Overall, excellent and friendly service!

I usually have great service sometimes the Batista people are arrogant and I have no idea why because they just make coffee. Ive noticed whenever I ask about a certain coffee they act as if you know nothing about coffee at all and it is really annoying.

Ive only had starbucks from here twice and the service is subpar. Too many people, too little staff. Man who was doing the beverages was quick, but got raspberry tea everywhere when my girlfriend ordered it. All in all, a horrible experience.

I love Starbucks. I wish the place was bigger because they are always busy. The staff needs to be a little more friendly. They are straight forward and never smile. It turns people away when your kinda jerky. Prices are pretty high too.

Everytime my husband and I have ordered from this particular Starbucks, our drinks have been extremely sweet. He even asked for light sugar and I asked for half the amount of cinnamon syrup this time... Still crazy sweet.

My favorite Starbuck on the trip from Rochester NY down to Washington DC and one of the few options for Starbucks. They have a good mix of students and locals. You can tell the location is well managed.

<3 the only thing not to love about Starbucks is the prices, but it matches the value. My favorite things are the specialty drinks with lots of whipped cream (ie latte, caramel machiato, Brule, etc)!
