This Panera is so rude and absolutely terrible customer service! I ordered food there online and was unable to pick the food up due to a very bad thunderstorm where you couldnt even see 2 feet in front of you!! So I called in to request a refund for not being able to make it in. Some snotty girl answered the phone with a rude/bad attitude and denied me my refund because my food was already made. After about 10 minutes of fighting the girl then hung up the phone. So instantly I called back and hit the talk to manager button to talk to the on duty manager. 4 times I did this and it gave me a busy signal each time and then was that way for about a minute and then hung up instantly. NO MANAGER! I was starting to get annoyed and thought to myself "Ok one more time and thats it." So I hit the manager button one last time and same thing happened, then all of the sudden some lady answered the phone, I explained to her the situation at hand with my food, the storm and the terrible girl from before. The lady responsed and told me to "f*** off" and hung up the phone. You better believe that not only will Panera headquarters know about this but as well as the BBC for me not receiving my refund. Terrible absolutely terrible! Never again will I order from here again after this horrific experience and them stealing my hard earned money!

This Panera is about 2 minutes off of Route 15/180 which makes it a quick stop if you are coming through Williamsport. It also is right next to Starbucks which even makes it a better stop! The place One downside is they dont have the new Kiosks so you can order your food without waiting in line when it is busy. One thing I really like about this and all Paneras I have been in is they are clean. Yes you might find a dirty table but the place including the bathrooms are clean which is a big plus for me. The food I ordered the pick two with the Frontega Chicken Panini with the BBQ Chicken Salad. Both tasted great and I always feel I am getting fresh food when I go which is a big plus for me. I also am one of those cheap people who gets a glass of water as to save money. Just a thought to all you budget conscious people out there :) Another plus if you get the meal you get a bakery item for 99 cents! Let me tell you how tempted I am to do it when you talk in and see all those pastries, scones ect. Talk about a great value! The verdict Panera is one of my top go to places when I am traveling and especially limited on time. You always know what you are going to get. I love that I feel I can eat quality food and still be on the go.

We were served by a gentleman named Dan, who was extremely patient, very knowledgeable of the menu and meal combinations, made excellent suggestions, and was pleasant throughout the entire transaction - a part of which even involved me running to my car for change. There was also a young lady on shift who helped us decide the right desert options and took the time to explain what was available. Service at this Panera has always been prompt, accurate, and has been exceptionally tasty. The only possible improvement at Panera in general would be a mention of bleu cheese in the salads that contain it, as a warning to those with food allergies to bleu cheese.

USUALLY five star - today was a 3! Started to eat my salad and for some reason couldnt figure out why it wasnt as good as usual. Hmmm - finally realized the romaine lettuce was mostly the hard center not the leafy part of the lettuce. I realize that ya cant help but use some of the hard center, but honestly, Id say more than half of my lettuce today was that horrible center. I dont mind paying a little more for better food when ya get what ya pay for. Today, I should paid pennies. VERY DISAPPOINTED with my steak and bleu cheese salad. Gonna think twice before I go back! NASTY LETTUCE!

Drive through is slow. No beating around the bush with that, however inside the food is wonderful! They work well with food allergies and they rarely dont have good service. Unfortunately some employees are total creeps and will watch you eat to the point of being stared at. They could work on cleaning the tables and trash cans more often but overall its pretty good for the central PA area.

Usually a nice place to eat until the background music being broadcast on the company speakers played some ragae sonding music that included the F*** word in the lyrics. For a public business that serves all demographics and ages, this is unacceptable. I would hope this is not condoned by management and that music is screened for offensive lyrics.

Dont use the drive thru.. they ALWAYS forget to give you parts of the order, even after they verify and charge you for everything. Most times, it takes 2 attempts at the drive through and a trip into the store to get it right, only for an uncaring "manager" to simply refund the order. No apology, no attempt to resolve the issue, nothing..

New in Williamsport. Love this place! Everything I have had so far has been top quality for a fast food type place. Favorite salad: chopped chicken Favorite soup: low fat chicken noodle <3 Iced tea is yummy. You get a hunk of baguette bread when you get a bowl of soup. I love bread!!! Oh...service is great too.

I went through the drive-through and ordered dinner for my family and discovered when I got home that they forgot all 4 bread bowls for the soup. Called the manager and he apologized profusely and made the situation right. He threw in desert for my family - no charge.

every time I have ordered my vegie sandwitch i have specified about the bread to be a bagaette but they have always used soft bread instead .Dont know whats wrong with the person taking the order. highly disappointed with them .

Another messed up order that you dont realize is wrong until you get home. The average IQ of the employees must be rather low. Too bad, as the food is usually really good (when they get your order right, that is)

Sooo expensive. If it werent for the high prices, Id bump my rating up to four stars. Very good salads and soups, but Im a decaf tea drinker and they only offer one variety of decaf.
