The selection dwindles with every new visit. They get rid of national brands without notice; they continually run out of my regular favorite food staples for weeks at a time; no one seems accountable for management at this store. There is NO customer service & little personnel supervision here. They have rezoned the parking lot so there is nowhere to park within 100 feet of the door if you dont have a handicapped license or baby on board. The seafood department is well stocked and well staffed; the deli department is frequently out of popular items and always a long wait. The doors may be open 24/7 but the deli and seafood depts are closed before 9am so you will be out of luck if thats what you need. Some of the cashiers are reliably pleasant and competent but today I was insulted for no reason by a cashier as she didnt feel like bagging my large order and I was not feeling well. Good features are the gas points and the salad bar if you get there early before the items you like run out. Acme is more expensive but has a much better selection and better quality of fish and meats.

Im a customer for about 4 years now and I go there at least three times per week its was an OKstore , but recently in past months it went to BAD!!!! Expired products on the shelf, damaged packaging, chicken breast smelled funny (not sure if it was kept in the right temperature) the store is always a mess and the parking lot cart station completely full. The employees are very nice and polite but so Im not sure whats Happening but thats not good, I started to shop a lot more at wholefoods now

Its very close to my house,, its hard to find a handicap parking spot for my van because too many people who do not use wheelchairs walkers canes or crutches park in the handicap spots so they can just run in for a minute. (More like 10 minutes) It should be illegal to park in any handicap parking spot and try to run into the store wearing 4 inch heals without using walking aid lol smh.. Besides that, its a great place.

The employees act like young children. Sitting around discussing there personal / private matters aloud. No one helps bag. Especially when your spending hundreds of dollars they do not care enough except to whine about how long until break or the are just too busy gossiping. Its rather fun trying to bag yourself with three young children after spending $200. A little help maybe??

Nice selection for a small store. Usually well stocked, lots of organics. Gas station next door has free air with a very reliable and accurate guage! I am taking away one star because I have found errors in Giant bonus points system. Since this is computerized that should not be. The staff here are friendly, I have never had a problem at any Giant store in this area.

It wasnt good Been shopping there for about 3 years Several months ago they changed the start day of their add, so by Sunday when we generally shop they are out of everything Also they just put in new check outs for 25 items or less. Today the cashier accused my husband of lieing about the number of items he had in the cart. I may not be back.

Not much to rave about, it is a grocery store. This location has the gas station near by (if you use the points). I suggest you get the Giant app in case you forget your card on your other car keys. I only stop here when I am visiting a friend or on the way home.
