In my opinion...The men in this store dont know what they are talking about. Monty from this store must have been under a rock for the past 1-2 months in regards to the Note 7 because i called and asked them if i could swap my phone for a new phone due to it being defective and her stated that he doesnt know where people are getting their information because samsung apprently stopped production on ALL their products which doesnt make since because the Note 7 was the only phone that was exploding on people for why would a company stop production on ALL PHONES?? I called another store and they told me i could come in and switch my phone for another samsung product or another phone in general. Before this phone, a month or two prior i went to this store for a new battery for my old phone and asked about when the Note 7 was coming out and they had not idea what i was talking about. Apparently they didnt know the Note 7 was coming out and tried to make it seem like i didnt know what i was talking about. How do you work for phone company and dont know what phones are coming out?? i wouldnt recomment this place. If you are getting paid to know absolutely nothing then work here.

I own Liberty Tree Service in Huntingdon Valley and am always in a hurry when I need to swap a phone or upgrade or add a phone. The owner does whatever it takes to get me out the door...and even takes care of transitioning all my contacts and pertinents to my new device. If you hate the cell phone store then go here!

Sonny, did an excellent job offering me affordable options when my phone needed to replaced. He didnt pressure me to buy the latest and greatest. He even looked at my current bill to see how I could save more money on my bill. Would recommend to everyone. You just dont get this great customer service from anywhere.
