Painful experience. Two young blonde girls that were more like decorations than representatives. They were less than helpful, all while the male manager sat in the back room on the computer. I had been paying over $400 a month for four lines and four new phones- including insurance for every phone. The two girls kept repeating that they dont fix phones.. I only wanted a replacement for the defect phones as that is what the insurance covers, through Sprint and the phone manufacturer. Had to go back to NYC where they replaced all the phones, no issues, no extra charges. Lazy workers ruin in-store experiences.
