I just left the Clarks Summit UPS thinking "wow, that guy was such a d*ck!".... enough so that I am sitting in the parking lot writing a review. The tall guy who looks like a Jason Segel knockoff was so rude to me from the beginning of my transaction. I needed a small piece of tape for my box, mind you I just spent a ton on my shipping labels and paid extra to have them printed there, and then this jerk said I needed pay $1 for a piece of tape 6inches long. The nice, shorter, hipster guy in there has never charged me for a piece of tape. When I told the jerk guy Ive never been charged if I needed a piece of tape, he said "new policy"... BS- I was in a few days ago and didnt get charged. I called the store to talk to the manager, I actually spoke to the owner- he wasnt very customer service oriented either. (Even if her wasnt going to do it, a nice "Im so sorry about your bad experience. I will talk to him." Would have been nice.) Jerks. Merry Christmas! Be nicer to people!

HOURS LISTED IN GOOGLE ARE INCORRECT... Be aware that of youre intending to be here when the store opens, the hours vary by day - MWF opens at 7, Tues and thurs opens at 8. Found this out the hard way. Otherwise my experience has been neither good nor bad.

Didnt catch his name, but the guy who helped me ship my items was incredibly helpful and gave me advice on how to make sure Im shipping everything securely. Will definitely be bringing my business to UPS! Highly recommend!
