Found this store to have a ridiculous policy on new lawn mowers. They have you sign a form that says you cannot bring the mower back to them if there is a problem with it. A No return form. The individuals that serviced the mower prior to me taking possession and helped load it were both helpful and courteous. One of their people attempted to tell me they dont make anything on a mower so they cannot afford to take returns. To me that equates to "We do not back the products we sell". I informed this person I can buy this same mower for the same price at Lowes and CAN return it if there is a problem. I would recommend not supporting this store and go to a reputable store where you can get fair treatment on any major purchases and buy with confidence that should a problem arise you can depend on support from the selling agency.

Stan, a clerk at Ace Hardware, would not do a simple return and had us wait for a cashier to refund our item (with a receipt). Stan got very ignorant, gave me a smart remark, called me a loser, and said "meet me outside at 8". He said this me as a customer . I WILL NEVER GO IN THAT STORE AGAIN AND INTEND TO CALL THE BBB AND MANAGER OF THIS STORE. All of this for a simple return on an item I did not want. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Nice place, always clean and well stocked. Can be a little pricy, but thats what you pay for convenience. Some employees are a mess, the only younger ones that have much knowledge are Tom and Connor, most of the older employees like Tony and Ed are a huge help though. Ill continue to shop there and recommend it to friends!

the store and everyone working there are great!!! been going there since they opened and never had any problems. saves me a trip to the big box store. plus it is close to coffee and food. now you cant beat that!!!

Getting 3 stars for convenience. You certainly pay for it. They have what you need (most of the time). Some of the cashiers are real space cadets though.
