The hippie chicks are awesome and helpful. Almost fought the lame skinny biker dude and the one lady who is a meth head is a huge C**T! I was asked to leave for taking a pic of my finger in a flesh light!! These pricks are more uptight than the Vatican! F this place and the drug addict biker wannabes who work here! Except the hippie chicks they are super cool

Horrible customer service! I simply looked at a pair of "nude" booty shorts to see the tone of nude color and the lady snapped at me. Stating people were not to "open" packaging (they were wrapped inside this box I looked into). Excuse me but are there not underwear and lingerie on the racks to try on!?? WTF Adult outlet?

Worst customer service I have ever received (or NOT received I should say). I would absolutely drive farther and pay higher prices for the same merchandise before returning here. Could be a great store if it was under new management. smh.
