Ive had less and less success with Barnes and Nobles over time. They wont even price match their own website and they charge more than the price is listed for on the book. They told me if I want the lower price listed on their own website then I need to order it from the website. If I was going order online, Id do it from a large retailer of books and get it cheaper and with free shipping.

Some people like to buy shoes or purses, but I love to read. So, coming to a Barnes & Noble is like heaven to me! Best store ever! I spend hours just walking around looking at books, DVDs, and music. Cafe has yummy desserts and drinks. Associates always very friendly and helpful. It is well worth it to get the Barnes & Noble Member Card. It pays for itself in no time at all.

Last bastion if you want to buy a book and dont want to visit Amazon. Great selection of anything you want to read or watch on DVD. The kids section is very nice to drop the kid off at if you want a few minutes to look around. They tend to place large displays in the center aisle which makes getting around people annoying.

Im a frequent visitor of the mall and of Barnes and noble, especially since Borders closed. The customer service there can use some serious improvement. Some of the employees are outright rude. I usually drive the extra 15 mins and go to the one in Saucon Valley. Id recommend the same.
