Sprint reviews Date 3.7.17I had Verizon expensive went to metro pcs had unlimited everything horrible service when traveling in between states but great service everywhere else fast 4g had a phone issue so switched to sprint the salesperson told me that sprint was better than metro ! Absolutely not its the worse this company just rob their customer 90 percent of the time you get 3G eventhough my plan has a lot of data I never finished my data because you cant get access this company offers a lot a data in their plans because they know you will never get it 2nd point if you get a great phone you will have issues with it because of the data speeds are so bad your making an investment on something your never going to get its true functionality. 3rd point they change their due date every other month to charge a late fee even though it should be the same date corrupt company Bottom line sprint should be your last option metro is better and those prepay like one I bought for a parent has better service .

I was told by the manager that they are not a Sprint store so he could not look up my mobile hot spot usage. He could not answer other questons I had about my phone either. He made me feel like I was bothering him instead of a customer. Poor service compared to the stores in Chicagoland.
