Last bait store I visited says 24/7 but definitely was not so I was a little skeptical being it was almost 9 pm. But their outdoor 24/7 bait and tackle machine is pretty impressive. You can tell it was kept up very well and taken care of. I will be getting my minnows from Phillips from now on. Awesome place!
