While there with a family member who is almost 40 with graying hair, the cashier asked him for ID. He didnt have any however I was the one making the purchase. I asked her where was the store policy stating that everyone needed to be over 21 to enter and she pointed to the door. I said, ok however as I started to walk away I said he is well over 21 while pointing to his gray hair. While exiting the store I heard one of the other employees on the store phone requesting that the police come to the store immediately they were having a disturbance and he said one of them didnt have id. I turned around and asked the cashier if he were calling the police on us and she said yes because youre causing a disturbance. I asked her if asking to see the store policy was illegal. She said no. I walked out and waited for the police, they never came. I will NEVER shop there again. That experience was horrific. I was treated like a criminal.

Good store. It is against the law to serve liquer to anyone with someone underage. So the previous persons comment should stop complaining and find someone who is closer in age to himself.

was refused service due to my girlfriend being under 21. never had an issue before in any other wine and spirits store. would never recommend anyone to go in there.
