I have only dealt with this pharmacy twice and both times the techs and pharmacist have been extremely short and rude to me over things that I had no way of knowing. I have a feeling it has something to do with the nature of my prescription, but that shouldnt matter. You are a pharmacy and I have a Dr.s prescription it is your job and duty to fill it. If you dont like certain drugs for personal reasons then maybe you should try a different occupation. Anyways... I like supporting locally owned businesses but in this case I would rather go to Rite Aid down the street a couple blocks. They gladly me and my insurance companies money with a smile.

I love this store. Theyve been here forever. The epitome of the neighborhood store that everybody wishes still existed. They have a bit of everything, and the prices are very fair. They have a nice selection of vitamins & supplements. Im blessed with good health.. I dont get sick, so have never needed prescriptions.. cant comment there. If you want to SUPPORT your local merchants, start with Stanton Negley Drug.. AND NO, Im not an owner or an employee.

Steven Simon the head pharmacist was inconsiderably rude over the telephone. His attitude and disrespectful manner was very very disappointing. He is in the wrong field if he thinks treating people with such a demeaning attitude is good customer service. I thought pharmacists wanted to help people.
