This building has upper floors not accessible unless you work in the building so only the first two floors are open to the public. There are a number of stores on the first floor, and a few on the second floor but floor two is mostly a food court. There are mostly not long to wait food options, which do change from time to time. Flamers has been there for a while as well as Au bon pain. There is usually a place that has sub sandwiches and some sort of pasta/Italian. Not exactly fast food but not sit down, you get service very quickly but at noon it does get busy. The variety of stores is nice.

A decent place to eat but beware of Charlies there. for a half filled small fries and lemonade they charged me $4.59 ,that too as a combo with a small philly.Greedy.

Modern shopping center with excellent food court on the second floor. One of the only left in downtown pittsburgh. I recommend Flamers.

Fun little place with some stores in it and a food court upstairs. There is a really cool rock/gem store on the ground floor.
