This thrift store is very sketchy. It has things priced as if they are brand new, but guess what - its a thrift store, not a retail store. Also the workers seem to make no effort or attempt to help you what-so-ever. They have sort of an attitiude that makes them act as if they dont like it when you touch things. Like this guy kept asking me if I was done checking out the technology in the store and he said that he was going to have to clean everything up... Well dude, I wanted to buy something, not leave it there, and whatever I didnt want I was going to put back where I found. Its this kind of attitude that irks me. The store is also in a low-class area and is low-class itself. Its floor is falling apart, walls have cracks in them, heck even the outside needs a paint job. Other than that, the store is still good for anybody who wants clothes or is just shopping for something unusual. *I rated quality as very good because I dont know how to rate a thrift stores quality, like what do you base it on, they cant control their products.

Two days ago I bought a small table. Before I did I ask the store employee if someone could to unscrew it to make it two pieces because my car is small otherwise I will not be able to buy it. She sure me that the next day when I will pickup someone will. Today I went I got there I ask the supervisor Narcisa Perez and explain everything. Her answer was "We dont do that ,I was not in that conversation" .She was very rude practicly she call me a liar. I even ask her for a screw driver she left didnt came back. I had to buy one flip the table take 8 screws out and take the table out-of the store myself. No refunds Never again

A Private User

Need to bring a bilingual interpreter. Staff hardly speaks English or pretends not to. The staff staples price tags to handbags and ruins them, when you tell them that you would have purchased a few but now can not, they proceed to chatter in Spanish amongst themselves as if you dont know that they are mocking you. Anything in 1/2 decent shape is overpriced and you risk damage to your car to get there.. This is one to avoid

I love this store! The best day to go is Wednesday because that is 50% day off on clothes and other items. I was just hired for a job in the corporate world and needed some extra clothes. I went and spent $10 and got 3 blouses, a skirt and a sweater. :-D The skirt was a Kate Spade and one of the blouses was brand new. The items were in great shape wit no holes or stains. I will be going again soon but on a Wednesday!!

Salvation Army had a 2 month wait to pick up furniture donations. I called IMPACT THRIFT STORES. Google them. They only need a weeks notice. They serve 9 local charities and will provide a receipt for your taxes as well. Same thing but quicker.

Found some ok deals however the cashier asked me to take my own hangers off my items and was so "busy", she dropped my item and almost forgot to put it in my bag.
