I went here because I do like to support vets whenever possible, but....what a dump! Filthy, trashy, the place is a mess. Nothing of any real value and the prices! OMG, ridiculously over-priced, and I do mean RIDICULOUS, especially on the furniture. An old wooden chest $150? A small cabinet $75? A small book shelf that swayed and rocked more than Elvis, $15. Oh, and the really funny one...two paint-by-numbers" paintings...$10 each. Why? "Because theyre real paint, not copies." Are you kidding? LOL Just because something is old, does not make something an antique or necessarily valuable. You have to remember what neighborhood you are serving and make the prices reasonable for those who are looking for a bargain. Nothing in that store was antique, nothing, but they put prices on things that are going to have them sitting there for a while instead of moving the stuff to make room for the next load. Just stupid.

We were moving and needed to donate some furniture. Some of the furniture belonged to my late great-grandfather who was a WWII vet, retired from the USN. I was trying to reconcile my feelings of parting with the furniture and realized the best way to honor him was to somehow support local veterans. VMC Thrift was incredibly professional in scheduling the pick up of donated goods and the gentlemen who picked up the order were professional and friendly. They arrived in a timely manner and had everything out of our place and in their truck within 5 minutes. I highly recommend VMC Thrift and would work with them again!

Really nice i have gotten some nice things from here for cheap books movies clothes and pocketbooks go check them out they always got sales on books and other things
