Made an appointment at 11am to get a car inspection. Got there around 10:50 and gave them my keys. I WAITED FOR 3 AND A HALF HOURS IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR A CAR INSPECTION? WHY WOULD YOU MAKE TAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR 11 AND START CHECKING THE DAMN CAR at 2:30? Wont ever go back.. these guys are the worst.

Since moving to North philly this pep boys has become my new go-to. Love how friendly, honest, and professional the staff always are, from the guys in the front to the mechanics working on your car, theyre a great group of guys who make you feel comfortable as soon you walk through the door.
