I was visiting family when I realized I needed new wiper blades. Stopped at AutoZone. The moment I entered the door the young woman at the counter was friendly and knowledgeable. Within a few minutes I had made my purchase and was on my way. But the young female clerk called over her co-worker. He said he would install the new blades. I was delighted. He walked out to my car and in less than 2 minutes the new blades were installed. I attempted to give him a $5 tip to show my appreciation but he graciously refused to accept it.

The staff was friendly and tried their best to help me but it was apparent that they had only a basic understanding of automotive knowledge. I also rented a ball joint press which was missing some of the adapters, something they should check for when a customer returns the tool.
