The service was kind enough, but the doctor got my prescription wrong by as much as 0.5 in one eye, and that was after I went back about 4 times because my lenses were just so strange I had trouble walking down the sidewalk (the vision was really warped so it strongly and negatively affected depth perception). Not only were the prescription and lenses really off, but the woman who adjusts your glasses takes FOREVER. I was in there for literally 45mins once to get a small adjustment and the only reason it didnt last longer was because I finally gave up and went on with my day. I go to Modern Eye now and had my prescriptions changed (the optometrist there was also surprised with my previous lenses after he evaluated what my actual prescription is). Thankfully, my glasses are a lot better now, but I did suffer a lot of headaches (literally) due to what happened at Pennsylvania Optometrics :(

This place is fantastic! Im not normally one to write reviews, but my appointment here was so good that Ive felt compelled to write one. Firstly, Doctor Pervaiz is incredibly kind & very professional - she knows what shes doing & will give you great advice about glasses/eye-wear & any vision concerns you might be having. The entire staff is incredibly helpful & everyone is incredibly nice. Ive never been somewhere were absolutely everyone I had encountered gave me such great personal attention, opinions, & insight. Theyre highly professional & very dedicated to their customers, I would definitely recommend!

Dr Pervaiz is excellent, does a very thorough eye exam, clearly is an expert optometrist, who cares deeply about her patients. Office staff members are fine: pleasant, and try to save you the most money based on your insurance
