My best friends mom died. Everyone pitched in at work and decided to give a few dollars to get her some flowers. I was desperately searching online for a florist to send her some flowers. I was considering proflowers and a few others but I read some bad reviews and horror stories and decided to just go with a local florist. From the moment I called Orchid, I felt very much at ease and the guy I spoke with put my mind at ease. He was very nice and answered all of my questions. I picked up the arrangement on Monday, (but they also have delivery). The Florist was there. He was so nice and humble. I felt as though I was a long time customer. That to me was very impressive. The big plus was that the arrangement was so beautiful. You can tell that he really took time and put alot of work and heartfelt feeling in. Everybody at work commented on how beautiful the flowers were. My friend was very moved and sent an email to everyone at work thanking them. I appreciate the quality of service and the way I as the customer was treated. I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them versus some online unknown company. I can guarantee you that you will not be disapointed and you will be getting great quality and that is what is most important to me.

I was searching for the perfect thank you gift for my old boss because I really do appreciate her, but I kept finding bad reviews on a lot of flower shops. I was ready to give up until I searched one more time. They only had one review but it was better than all the negative reviews I kept seeing on the known sites. She loved them and the people were very polite! If I ever need more, I will surely order again and I recommend this place to the fullest.

Ordered an arrangement last minute (sorry Orchid) for a clients company anniversary. Discussed the type of arrangement - fresh seasonal flowers with a modern flare. They were delivered the next morning before 11am and I received an immediate call of appreciative thanks and comments of "how beautiful, how cool". They hit the mark on all counts. Thanks Orchid. You made me look as good as the flowers.

Had a really nice experience with orchid flower shop. Called in around 2:30pm on a Monday and asked for same day delivery. They said they could have it delivered before 4:30pm. The flowers arrived at 3:30pm and were very fresh, bright and well designed. I used to work at a flower shop so I know how difficult it can sometimes be to make a same day delivery. Definitely recommend orchid flower shop.

Ordered an orchid for my daughters birthday . It was old with stems cut off only 5 flowers on 1 stem. Called to ask them to replace , I paid $75 for it. Man gave me big run around about the plan type and flower size. Now its dead , despite proper care. Bad customer service Do not buy orchids here
