Horrible, slow service. Flowers are average. Would not recommend at all. When I went in, the lady was on the phone taking down an order. She put down the phone for a moment to check on something, and even though I had been standing in front of her counter for 5 minutes, she did not even take a second to acknowledge that I was there. After she finished, I told her what I needed, and she wrapped up the flowers. I thought I would just pay and leave, but of course it is not that easy with this place. A small group of people came in after I did, and a man was helping them. The lady who was helping me and had wrapped up my flowers told the man that she would take over the small groups order from there. I thought she meant that she would help them, so the man could ring me up. Nope, not at all. She left my wrapped up flowers on the counter and just left to help the other group, helping them pick out flowers and choose colors (while the man was just sitting at his desk to the side). After 5 minutes, she finally came back to the counter...to ring up the other groups order. She finally got to me after she was done with everyone else. Guess youre just not that important to them if youre only buying a few flowers rather than a custom order.

If I could give this shop zero stars, I would. I walked in and patiently waited to be waited on. The lady in the shop was on the phone the entire time. She never said "Ill be right with you" or even acknowledged that I was in the store. I wanted to get my daughter some flowers but since this lady so rudely stayed on the phone for the entire 10 minutes that I stood at her counter. NEVER AGAIN will I step foot in this establishment and I will definitely tell every co-worker of mine here at UPenn not to waste a penny here as well. Terrible terrible customer service.

This was the florist that I went to when I met my new girlfriend. It was her last day at her job. So I called there and I ordered her some flowers to be sent to her job. They were so beautiful. She was crying. Roses Florist really made her day. I ordered the flowers down below for Valentines Day. My wife loved them although I didnt get them delivered I picked the flowers up. This will be my flower shop from now on! I went back to Roses Florist and I thanked the owner.

worse customer service ever i spent 20 minutes on their website ordered an arrangement only to receive an email saying they didnt have what they advertised. so i called the store and spent another 15 minutes speaking with a woman who proceeded to tell me they had very little of what was on their website and then ask me if i wanted to cancel there are way to many florists in philadelphia , i will be looking for one now and suggest you do too

My first experience with this place was on the past Valentine day! They made the most beautiful day for me and my boyfriend. First of all, they asked about our budget and then offered us lots of arrangements.They were so kind and so fast. Above all, they kept on smiling even on that busy day! Their flowers last longer than my previous experiences with other florists. Highly recommend this place.

Fast service, beautiful flowers, made my wife smile for days. They use locally grown flowers, too, which might cost a bit more but are better for the local economy. I requested a fast delivery that afternoon, and they called me back to let me know that the flowers were delivered. I went in for a small, custom bouquet for my girlfriend, and the owner very quickly helped me put together a nice arrangement with the preferred flowers/colors and in the price range I requested. Gathering from my helmet that I was biking, she even wrapped the flowers in gift wrap to help protect them from wind damage. From this experience, would recommend.

The greatest florist in Philly. A super nice couple owns the store and theyre always there to kindly offer a great service. Their flowers are of the highest quality and I always enjoy buying their beautiful arrangements. They also have great delivery service. Highly recommended.
