Herb Rothe was very professional, patient, and attentive. He listened to our needs and met them expertly. We had a quick wedding and he managed to give us beautiful bouquets on a deadline. He provided flower wreaths for my flower girls, flowers for my hair, bouquets, and center pieces. He had reasonable advice and recommendations. Some flowers worked better than others and he creatively made my vision come true. Most of all, he was timely, professional, kind, and affordable. Thank you so much!

Ordered an arrangement with Rothe Florists and scheduled delivery on the day of a friends birthday. The arrangement never arrived after checking with the florist that same day and being assured it was on the way. When contacting them they were very nonchalant about the whole mishap with not much effort for a solution.

This is my third time using Rothe (funeral, wedding, wedding). Each time they have been extremely courteous and helpful, especially regarding budgetary issues. TODAY HERB CALLED AT 9:15 REGARDING PICKING UP FLOWERS AHEAD OF TOMORROWS IMPENDING SNOW STORM. I was waiting to call him when they opened at 9:30.

I wish I could say I did appreciate the service, but the website advertised "free delivery", for which I was charged $10.00 after entering all the information of my credit card. The flowers may be nice and the delivery on time, but the unexpected charge was inappropriate.
