This location just isnt good. Nobody ever answers the phone when you call, its almost impossible to get in touch with someone with out physically walking in there and even then sometimes no one ever comes out from the back to help you. I love the fruit and edibitle arrangements in general and have used other locations before, but this location has be so disapointing.

Ordered a box of strawberries dipped in chocolate. The presentation was nothing like I expected, it was very cheap looking and the strawberries came in contrasting small sizes and were place in white paper cupcake cups. It did not look even close to professional as shown on their website...

TERRIBLE experience. I ordered a Valentines arrangement to be delivered to my daughter at the college. They said that other of their five stores delivered it , but they NEVER called her.Every person said ea different story of a delivery that NEVER was done. SAD VALENTINES DAY.
