Im here weekly and I bought new nail polish (cnd vinylux) from their front display (Northampton pa location) and the nail polish didnt even last 3 days. I called about exchanging to go back to a brand I know lasts and I couldnt because I dont have my receipt. I think if I was a random customer, Id understand, but I think its a poor policy for someone who spends a decent amount of money there. Now Im out $21, and have a distaste towards this location. And they dont even know their own return policy without receipt because I looked it up and it clearly says with management approval, a cvs card can be issued. I was just rushed off the phone.

They dont inform you they only carry one garbage brand of the medicine you need. And the prescription I got doesnt work at all. Do not go there ever
