Thought Will was a good guy until I tried to have my Wellbutrin transferred from another Pharmacy. He said he wouldnt help me and hung up. Then when I called back to find out why. He said oh I though you Wanted a controlled substance transferred. He obviously has something against me personally he knows my uncle and he made me feel like I had a disease. Wellbutrin isnt a controlled substance and omg for anyone who need needs something that may be controlled he dicriminated against me and with my antidepressant. No apology. Only thing I can think of is he is bitter about losing against my brother and friends in a stupid Fantasy Football game. Real professional! (Sarcastic). Good luck out there. Would never go there if last Pharmacy on earth was totally mis-treated and made me feel like I did something wrong. Accused me of trying to have something I have no idea what it was. Jumped to conclusions hung up before I finished my sentence. When I called back no apology. Totally discrimitory. Didnt think people like that in his line of work should have a license God forbid you need a narcotic ordered he will treat you like crap. He knows nothing personal about me and was clear he didnt want to. Your in the wrong business Will Maybe you should go to customer service class. Or looks up the word discriminatory! Or better yet grow up

I cant say enough about how great this pharmacy is! The pharmacist "Will" goes out of his way to get to know and help each and every one of his clients! Will is always on top of his game with making sure the Meds you normally take will be in stock for you the following month. I would never trust any other pharmacy. Will makes you feel welcome and comfortable in his pharmacy. Many other places you may go youll feel like just another number, not at Town Center, they treat everyone like the individual that they are. So do yourself a favor and start going to to Town Center Pharmacy today, I can promise you that Will and his team will help you out whenever they can, in a genuine, polite manner.

My husband and I use Town Center Pharmacy in Eagleview (Exton) for all of our prescription and pharmacy needs. Fabulous friendly service from Will Short and his team. We transferred all of our prescriptions from the big chain pharmacy. Same co-pays as the chains. Recommend highly.
