After experiencing a few other smaller mom & pop style pharmacies in the area, I can say without question that this one is THE ONE. Finally a pharmacy where my wife and I will feel comfortable using, and we will continue to use exclusively. If it helps anyone, I can also say that this pharmacy is the opposite of another small one in downtown Scranton. This is a place where I hardly ever wait for my order, and more importantly, I never feel claustrophobic from other customers that stand too close or customers cutting, being outright rude, or any of that other pharmacys Scranton Counselling Center nonsense! -Thanks for being just a great place to get medication.

First I want to thank Sam and the rest of the staff for consistently being the best pharmacy! I have been going there since 2000-2001 when I was hurt on the job.... Always super fast and very helpful! Not to mention every person that walks in Sam and staff know them by name. I live in Scranton but wont go anywhere else! I have been going to Sam for years. The whole staff is so friendly and accommodating. If you have any problems with your insurance coverage Sam will take the time to call them for you, even if it takes him all day to get through, to try and rectify the problem. At this pharmacy your not just a number. Every customer that walks through the door is greeted by name. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Ive never been to a pharmacy that treats me so well .... they all know me by name and are friendly. Sam is great and is always sure to say goodbye to me and wish me a good day. They are very fast , Ive never waited longer then 3-5 mins. Ill never use another pharmacy. So glad my dad told me about Sam and the staff at dunmore pharmacy !! - Kelly Telesk

By far the most kind friendly comfortable pharmacy Ive ever been a patron of. The staff knows all customers by name and treats them like family. Sam will go out of his way to find you the best price for your medication if your not covered. Also weather there is 10 people or 1 Ive never waited past 5 min for my perceptions.
