Ive Loved this location for quite some time now, and then they went and did a renovation. While it was extremely confusing to try and Shop during the renovation comma the changes that they made have exceeded my expectations of any T.J.Maxx in the area. Before the renovation I would say that there was dust bunnies in the fitting rooms every single time I went but now that they did the renovation everythings brand new and nice and clean. And I would say 99% of the time the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Plus if youre a local Im sure youll see one of your neighbors there. Everyone goes to this TJ Maxx!!!

Since couple months, almost all the staff were so friendly and know what they were doing. But the new staff are not trained well and friendly. Some of the new staff are so rude and does not know the tjmaxx policy. I had to remind their policy many times and they became ruder because I reminded their job. My last experience, A worker ( new staff) in the jewelry, kind of throwing the receipt to my face. I do not know what force keep her to work there. I am a customer and it is not acceptable. I recommend to coordinator to train staff well before they start.
