I like nordstrom, the only thing that i dont like is how a practicular white male dresses for work. He work in the shoe area, he was very helpful, but i dont think he dresses properly for work. I was embarrassed to look a him. His clothes are way too tight, pants were pressed against his private area which clearly shaped his parts. Apart from the fact that he wore suspenders which made his behind look like he had a really bad wedgie, which I think he rather enjoys. I would not consider this proper attire for work. Its one thing to be fashionable, but its another thing to wear clothing that does not meet the proper dress code and one which might make shoppers uncomfortable.

Worst experience ever in a Nordstrom. !! This company is very well known for its great customer service, however today, it was a great disappointment to my expectations. Not only were employees on cell phones, but all 3 employees I encountered were clueless and could care less about my needs. I then asked for a customer service representative or manager, and after 10-15 minutes I was found by Mary Ann who could also care less about my needs as well. Never again will I shop this location. Hats off to the Columbus Ohio Easton Nordstrom for always being a great advocate to the company.

The lead person in the BP department was NOT helpful or professional. She seemed frazzled and while I was very patient -even though she was helping everyone that came after me. I had to repeat myself too many times and she still seemed very clueless. I dont like writing this but the Nordstrom in Wellington is FAR better. Wellington has the best sales reps that go way beyond any standard.

Nordstrom is a company built on customer service. The folks at this one dont quite have it down. Two trips in a row I was ignored for several minutes when standing at a service counter, and no one bothered to say "hello" when I walked in.

This store got me three pairs of shoes including my sisters two and it wasnt even over one hundred!!! We both got jack Rodgers and sneakers and havaianas!! I would really reccamend going there!

I love this Nordstrom because it is so nice and clean. The salespeople are helpful and I get quality stuff. I love shopping here- they make me feel like a celebrity.

My wife loves this place for her shoes. I love the coffee and that fact that they have lots of seats in the Ladies shoe area. Service is always top notch here.

The Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is one of the best malls anywhere! And it was great to visit Nordstrom for the first time in quite awhile.
