This was a first time experience for me at Ross (20th of November.) I found a lot of cool stuff, love the concept and spent over 200 dollars for great deals but I have to say that I have never ever in my life seen such a poor customer service. At this point I have to clarify that I work myself as a Customer Service Manager and have many years of experience dealing with different customers and developing EX and CX. It was very busy night and there was queue to the register, I didnt care since I was not in hurry. I dont know if the problem is with salaries or whatsoever with EX but I thought the cashiers were even rudely aggressive and/or over exhausted. The cashier was talking my whole time in presence with her colleges without even recognizing me as a customer. Its like they even wouldnt care less about their jobs or getting fired. They were arguing about Friday shifts or something else work related which is not any of my business as a customer. No hello nor bye and after I paid for all goods and was ready to leave the store I had to ask from the cashier if I can take my receipt, never got an answer. So I took the receipt from the the register and wished a good day and left. :) I want to visit Ross again but not at Miami Beach. Products and selection: 5 / 5* Service: - 0 / 5* Wish you all good!

Dentro do que se propõe é muito bom posso ir roupas com preço bom ainda que Muitas delas sejam de gosto duvidoso uma loja Ampla com estacionamento gràtis e Grande. Local perfeito para quem quer comprar roupas das grandes marcas em ponta de estoque com baixo preço dentro de um ambiente sem grandes luxos!

Pretty awesome selection on the menu, our burgers were delicious as well as the shakes. Fairly priced considering the quality of the food. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is when we came in my girlfriend brought her 2 little cousins, after studying the menu we proceeded to order. The gentleman at the order counter seemed to be the owner and did not have a uniform on, seemed very on edge and inpatients when little kids began to order. At times was very short and kept looking back to show how impatient he was. Other than that the food was delicious and looking back to trying it again.

I went to dress room to try something with full cart of clothes, dress room worker ELIA screamed at me and had bad attitude. I asked for store manager and was told manager is on vacation, ask for assistant manager, was directed to one of the cashier name DARREL whos name tag did not had manager word on it & he told me to wait until i finish the line with about 30 people which gets more people ready to check out and he was not the only cashier, I LEFT THE FULL CART OF CLOTES WITHOUT SHOPING THERE, went to TJ MAX next door, got better clothes and better service.

Mucho de todo, buenos precios. En lo personal hay que rascarle mucho para encontrar algo bueno y de marca a buen precio. Si no eres tan exigente es el lugar perfecto para comprar ropa y accesorios de marca. Los relojes en general tienen buen precio y gran variedad.

Lo peor, un cambalache, la ropa parece trucha o de segunda mano, no recomiendo que vayan, una pérdida de tiempo. El supermercado publix si lo recomiendo para abastecerse especiAlmente si se están alejando en casa o apartamento

I wanted to try on a piece of work out clothing, the lady at the entrance stopped me, laughed because of how big I was trying on a shirt that size (it was an expandable Nike shirt), took it out of my hands, held it against my chest and said "no fit" then dropped it on the ground. I had to pick it up and told her I still wanted to try it on. I went in the back and it fit just like my Under Armor shirt. Will never go back.

Very sorry CS Typical house n**** for Loss Prevention say we cant try out the clothes.Whats the sense of selling it if you cant try on the size. So we left.And I will be calling corporate because I spend money here and this how you treat customers. Dont go to this one or any Ross because this place is dirty and classless.I dont have to spend my money here period and if they cant respect you.then you shouldnt either.

Siempre que vengo es un trauma pagar. La cola por lo menos es de 30 a 45 minutos. Siempre hay dos o tres cajeras. Muy deficiente el servicio. Es la última ves que vengo a esta tienda.

Loja de departamento, multi marcas e semelhante às da rede Marshalls. Ótimos preços e boas marcas, como Timberland, DKNY, CK, Samsonite, etc. Recomendo!

This place is so understaffed! It says that Friday is the busiest day. Yet at one point there was only one cashier. People are fighting (arguing) in line because of the wait! The line is passed the purses!!! This is a product of awful management! I only came here bc TJ Max didnt have what I wanted. I go without next time.

This was the worst shopping experience ever. It was like a tornado had swept through the store. We had to litterly walk over mounds of clothes, shoes and small nicknacks. I asked to speak with a manger and he said they were short staffed and this was the result.

Wish I could give it a zero. Extremely dirty. Ive never seen a Ross is such horrible condition. Im from Orlando and this scared me to death of Miami shopping. I waitied in line for 45 min!!!! There were more clothes on the floor than the racks.

Clothes are all mixed up. I understand that customers mess around, specially tourists, nevertheless is quite difficult to find what you are looking for. Also you will have to wait considerably to check out (no matter the time of the day you go)
