STORE MANAGER IS NASTY WAS YELLING AT ME FOR THE REQUEST TO OPEN THE SHOES TO TRY THEM ON, OTHER LOCATIONS DO IT AND I BUY A LOT OF STUFF , HE SAID I WAS RUDE TO HIM, IM VERY SURPRISED HE DIDNT ASK ME TO BEG ON MY KNEES FOR AN APOLOGY, IT JUST STRIKES ME UNBELIEVABLE HOW EMPLOYEES OF THIS COMPANIES ARE LOST, AND DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND THEIR JOB DESCRIPTION, THEY ARE CONVINCED THAT FIGHTING THE CUSTOMER IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN ANY SITUATION, EVEN WHEN NOT NECESSARY, BECAUSE THEY CAN DO IT IN THIS STORE—THE COMPANY ALLOWS THEM THAT. FOR THE THE RETAIL STORES LIKE THIS DUMPSTER HAVE NO CLUE THAT IM BUYING $$$$$, THE REST OF THE STUFF IS IGNORANT AND RUDE. I HOPE THEY WILL GO AWAY ITS ALL GARBAGE!!! THEY ALL LIKE DOGS, WE NEED NICER STORES AROUND HERE. NO MORE SHOPPING AT ANY ROSS BECAUSE ITS NASTY GARBAGE DIRT , ITS LIKE YOU ARE NOT IN USA BUT SOMEWHERE IN THIRD WORLD COUNTRY, CANT SAY ENOUGH JUST TRUSH, AND I BELIEVE THE EMPLOYEES INTENTIONALLY AND CONSISTENTLY NASTY TO CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF THE MANAGEMENT IS DOING EXACTLY THAT. IM TAKING ALL THE STAFF BACK BECAUSE THEY DONT DESERVE THE BUSINESS OF GOOD PEOPLE, INSTED TREATING THEM LIKE GARBAGE. +STORE MANAGERS LIKE THIS MAKE NO SENSE FOR RETAIL ENVIRONMENT. PEOPLE THAT NEVER TRAVELED OUTSIDE OF NORTH MIAMI :( LEAVING GOOD FEED BACK FOR THE STORE , POOR IDIOTS…. NEVER SEEN ANYTHING NICER THAT THIS RAT HOLE

Horrible experience! Deeply offended l! I was in the fitting room when I was trying on a pair of Addias work out leggings all of a sudden the alarm went off. Instead of the fitting room employee asking me if everything was okay she opened my curtain while I was in my underwear said something! I didnt care because she invaded my privacy without asking. I just handed her the leggings and closed the curtain like if I was going to steal it!! It gets better then the employee asks ME to take it to the front desk because its loud. I did it because she gave me this look like of a thief. I wanted to prove myself that I had no intention to steal anything.... Let me explain the embarrassment it was walking it over to the counter with that peeping alarm. That was terrible customer service she either didnt want to wait for a employee to come over because "its to loud" or she wanted me to get in trouble. Never coming back!

Sim é uma grande loja cujo os preços são bastante interessantes, sabendo comprar pode-se achar muita coisa bos de marca. Mesmo os produtos sem marca conhecida são de boa qualidade e duráveis. AWFULL, rude service , and 20 plus people inline always .... People are standing around, walking out It is the worse Riss I ever been too !!! Very very bad management , its been like that since day 1 and will never come get again When I asked why they dont open another register they gave me a snarky answer and supposedly no people available While 3 employees are standing around talking !!!!!! Shame on them I will make sure this goes to general management if Ross Dont go here !!!!!!!!

Terrible!!! Yes, I was greeted when I walked in. But.. Store is extremely disorganized. Things were all over the place. So hard trying to find things. After walming around for an hour, couldnt find what Inwas looking for. Still, i was going to purchase some other things. Just left empty handed. Only three cashiers who were extremely slow and the line is insane!!! Put everything back and just left. Even walking out was a hazzle with all the empty shopping carts on my way

This is a pretty decent place to find good deals, especially if you are a woman: their selection for women is much larger than their mens selection. That being said, Ive found great deals here twice for mens shoes, so there still is something worthwhile to shop for here as a man. Every time Ive come, the place has been packed...so be prepared to wait around to get rung up.

My guy lost his wallet and this was the only place we went to, so I called their number asking if they found any wallet. I was on hold for 20 mins. Finally they were at the other line. You know what the lady said? "Oh everybodys busy no one can help you right now." I was like "what?! Ok" what a horrible experience.

It was my first time at a Ross store. They have have some good prices. They are selling good stuff at a very cheap price. Theh have the same stuff that ypu can buy at the big stores such as Macys, JC Penny, Ezpress. Try to save some money please. You can also find some good stuff to hang out during the summer.

Dressing is fine . Cashiers try their very best to get the line going. I have not have any problems shopping there except it would be helpful if some not all speak a little bit of English ....Just a little bit and I will be okay because my spanish speaking skill is not that great

Service sucks and it always dirty... The checkout line is ALWAYS leading to the back door and they always have only 2 registers open.... And can they give security a trash bag to clean out the trash in the basket I mean damn he is standing right there

Parking is always a hassle and even with 4 registers running there was a 10+ min wait to check out. Items/clothing were on the floor and there were broken and staind items on the shelves. There were some nice deals though.

Horrible store. Like they barely have any people on cashier. Waited for a while til someone took care of me, they didnt even acknowledge me. I had to get their attention twice until someone finally came to help me.

Lines are long and slow, sell returned items that are clearly defected / damaged. Prices are decent but Id rather pay a few Extra dollars for unworn clothes and shoes than wasting my time returning broken items

This ross needs to be remodeled or something, the restroom in a state where you go in and u vomit from the smell. Lines are always long at the cashier... merchandise is alright but not the best ross to go too.

Most desorganizes Ross in Miami! Also besides de 8 checkouts as always only ONE open! So be ready to stand in line 18 min to give them your hard earn money. Staff is really nice but store lacks management
