Customer service is not a priority here! Went in got oil and headed to the front register. While headed up what looked to be the manager, made direct eye contact with me, and proceeded to walk away. I then stood at the front for more than 5 minutes while listening to 4 maybe 5 different voices in the back, No other customers.i could have robbed the place blind. After about 7 minutes of impatiently waiting the man finally returns to the front with a younger guy. And proceeds to say, "Theres a guy waiting"...and walks off again. At which point the young man approaches the register scans the oil and says nothing but the total. No eye contact no apology for making a paying customers wait undeserved.

This place sucks!!! Every autozone I walk into they act like the my are doing me a favor by ringing me out!!! The only thing autozone has going for it is the prices are cheap!! I am now a proud advance auto Parts customer they always treat me with respect and they will always price match any part you guys have ... hey auto zone why dont you go there and learn some customer service skills!!! You guys are a joke!!!
