I walked around the store looking around for a while. I was asked 3 times if I needed help and declined. I saw a Weber girl that interested me. Jim, the owner, came up to me and we discussed the grill. I told him I wanted this grill. We went to the cash register and he looked at me and said he thought there was a $50.00 gift card from a Weber which was not advertised. He checked and I got a $50.00 gift card. They delivered the grill for me. This transaction was great customer service. You dont get this kind of service at the big stores anymore.

Do you remember the days when you could find a sales associate to discuss some project? A time when you felt like all that mattered to the store was guiding you to right tools for the job? Before immense arenas of commerce took over then felt it was profitable to just sell and not help you. Here the good old days are back. Im pleasantly surprised every time.

Purchased my second Weber grill after 10+ years of service. Researched Models and decided upon the Spirit E-310 natural gas grill. Prices are similar among retailers but my past experience with Hepfers and the Memorial Day incentive were deciding factors. Assembly and local delivery included.
