Having just gotten "0" help from a stand alone paint store, we tried Ritters at West Shore Plaza. WOW... asked the same questions that the paint store employee wouldnt answer or gave us lame excuses about. Ritters staff actually walked us to the exact supplies we needed rather than standing behind the counter pointing like at the paint store. We go to this store occasionally, but will now go all the time after the help we received. Employee was a college student working for the summer... Attention RItters management/owner - give this young man a raise!!!

Nice hometown hardware store. Not always the cheapest, but good variety and extremely helpful staff. Best part in my opinion is the ability to buy screws, washers, fasteners, etc by the piece instead of a whole pack.
