First time using this store and had a horrible experience. I was recommended to come to ace hardware to fix my screen for my pets cage. When I dropped off the screen, they told me it will be done the next day. I called 2 days later wondering if my screen was finished and one of the staff members rudely told me that if they didnt call me, it is not done. They did not try and look for my product. A week went by and Never got a phone call back. I tried calling them and the man told me they would work on it the following morning and call me when it was done the next day. I waited a few more days and never got a phone call back. It has now been over a month and I still dont have my screen back. I would not recommend using this store if you need to have anything repaired. Horrible service. Who knows when I will ever get my pet screen back. I had to get a new cage because it took so long for them to finish it.
