I had a very poor experience with Optical World in the KOP mall. I do like their frame selection, but the customer service is poor. Specifically, the staff was argumentative and unapologetic when they messed up my lenses. When I was still unhappy with the lenses after three attempts, they refused to refund me the cost of the lenses so I could get them done somewhere else. I recommend avoiding them.

The Optical World store is beautiful, I came in on a whim and Dr Zimmerman introduced me to Tom Ford optical. I usually never spend on eye wear, however I fell in love with the frames he showed me. He gave me options on what lens to get, explained the warranty and after sales service, because of this he earned me as a customer!

The lady that helped was very friendly at time of sale, but it has been a struggle to receive my glasses. I realize I purchased them over the Christmas holiday, but I have been routinely told that my glasses would be ready by x day and each time that day passes by. For the cost of these glasses, I expect better.

Bad experience. Went there to purchase a sun glass. All the glasses were locked and prices were not clearly mentioned. I wanted to try few but that lady wasnt interested in showing glasses. She was least interested in telling us the prices. Felt so humiliated. Wont go again

Best glasses Ive ever had. New digital lenses are amazing and so is the crystal finish. Dr. Zimmerman is excellent at prescribing the right prescription.
