If you need to match stained wood, this is the place to go. I have used them twice in the past 3 months to match stain. 1st time was on our new kitchen. They must have spent 30 minutes testing different stains o the sample wood piece I had. They applied it, wiped off excess and the blow dried it. I was told they were good at matching stain... but they were outstanding. You will never see this kind of service at a Lowes or Home Depot. These are quality, customer oriented people that deliver a service that is second to none!!!

I just visited and was coldly directed to Brian. At the moment I was simply looking for a cartridge for a Delta faucet. He was quick to point out he is not familiar with Delta as they sell higher end products. He actually seemed annoyed he had to look in a catalogue. Lousy customer service! If he knew I own a large contracting business Im sure he would not have treated me with such disdain.

I was very disappointed with the service. I wish I had saved my money and gone to Home Depot - better prices for the same products and faster delivery.
