Knowledgeable enough bunch of folks and a well stocked store. But the minute I walk in the store they ask if they can help me. Knowing the layout of the store and what I am there for specifically I tell them "no, thank you though" and yet they still follow me around the store honestly like a puppy dog and they watch and stare at you while youre shopping. This turns me off very much. Another reason to go to the Lowes/ Home Depot route.

Everything a small town hardware store needs to be, especially the staff. If you need a small blue thingie that kept your mothers door from banging, theyll find one for you without making you feel stupid. They are the librarians of the building trades. Great for almost any kind of key duplication too.

I have them cut a small glass for my broken window, they did a great job! This place has much knowledgeable and helpful staffs compared to lowes or Home Depot.
