I was looking for decorative wall paneling, and found a piece that was too tall. I was told by an employee standing by the saw to purchase it and then bring it back to him to have it cut to the right height. The paneling had no sticker on it when I went to check out so the girl made me walk back and take a photo of the price tag with my phone. After I bought it, I went back to the saw and guy #1 was nowhere to be found. Found another employee who called someone over the PA to help me. Then stood there and waited for 20 minutes while employees walked by and someone even asked why I was waiting there only to respond with "Yeah I cant help you with that." And walking away. Finally got fed up, returned the panel at the front door, and left empty-handed. Next stop is the Lowes a few minutes up the road.

Incompetent customer service. I inquired about a truck rental and they told me it was out and had no idea when it would be back, even though it had been parked in the lot for more than 30 minutes. They also did not offer me the rental van as an alternative, even though it was available and would have suited my needs, but did offer it to a woman who walked up immediately after me inquiring about a truck rental. I called Lowes in Brandywine immediately after leaving the store. They had two trucks available and gave me 15 more minutes for the same base rate, more than covering the couple extra miles I needed to drive. They also bill extra time at the same rate in 15 minute increments, rather than full hours. Given all of my experiences here, Ill never be back to this store unless I have to go.

I ordered over 1000$ worth of fence panels for in-store pickup. It took them half an hour to get someone to help me out, and as they were trying to get them, I heard them saying things like "theres no way we have enough for him and these are mostly damaged." kudos to the workers for being honest. What annoyed me was they made me sign off on the entire pickup of 33 panels, when clearly there is no way I can pick up all 33 at once. Took another half hour for the service desk to acknowledge the situation and refund. I went straight to Lowes, where I spent a little more, but their fence materials were infinitely better. They even delivered it to my house the same day and put them where I want it.

Got here at 8 AM to pick up an online order, that specified an 8 AM pickup time, and Im still here 40 minutes later because the order isnt ready. Theres 6 people putting up shelves, and a skeleton crew walking around , and 1 guy pulling the order, that shouldve been pulled hours ago. Theres another customer here at the online pickup desk experiencing similar problems. Management at this particular store apparently doesnt care about customer service if service is like this at 8 AM on a Monday. A total disgrace!

I have never delt with more unprofessional people in my life. Dont bother waisting your time having something delivered to your home. Whoever they contract cannot hire capable employees who seem to think leaving a family without a fridge for over two days is perfectly fine after they if you really want to think about it, stole it. Nice to know a little 104lb young woman can move a fridge but two grown men cant lift it the inch it wouldve taken it to get it over the railing and into our home.

Mya was at the customer service desk when I walked in. She was pleasant and listened to why I was there before my email confirming order was in. She went the extra mile to get those out and about to bring my order out for us to examine. We found that it was numbered wrong from the factory. Got my order and feel it would not have happened it not for her. (I was not going to be able to pick the order up for a few weeks if not then.) thanks john

I asked an employee who was standing around for a price on osb. He sneered at me and his exact words were "aint nobody down in lumba?" He then turned his back on me. One of his coworkers was not more than three geet away from me and wouldnt even make eye contact with me. After asking four employees for a price the employee who told me the price, walked away and another customer actually helped me load my cart. Very dissatisfied

I was in the parking in lot far from the store with my 8 months puppy waiting for my boyfriend to leave the store. One of the employee started screaming on me in front of everyone... "you are not getting inside my store with this huge dog" "just leave" "get out with this dog" and kept saying out loud the same thing over and over. She was really aggressive and I was really afraid she would hit me. Never getting back.

Lousy dilI very I work 11pm to 7am waiting on delivery I feel asleep woke up went to bathroom they called three times in one minute when I came out bathroom tried to call them right back after the third call got answering service that took almost hour to get them to late have to wait until next week for another delivery. I was ready to cancel the order but I didnt.

The employees dont seem like they want to be there, and have bad attitudes such as turning their backs to you when they are at the register, and pretending that they dont see you. No one really knows anything, so Im making a 4th trip in 2 days to return and buy again--except this time Im checking Lowes out. Dont believe these planted 5 star reviews!

Most of everything was good. But the cashier..... She way overcharged us. Like $50 over! We went back and she was very rude. Talking to a manager on duty, they fixed the error. I no longer saw the employee when we left.
