DIFFICULT TO USE. POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. NOT MEETING STANDARDS OF ONLINE SHOPPING !!I n the world of horse supply sellers or really any decent internet store State Line Tack falls short. We have recently purchased some stuff that turn out to be the wrong size. Trying to return it has been an nightmare. According to their website return informations should be inclosed on the packing slip - WRONG !!!! No info included, no return label . NOTHING!!!! When we try to call to get some info- no one at the number given at the website knew what to do. It turn out that you can only reach return department or anyone from customer care during regular business hours M-F ONLY. Sorry but dont they know that most of the shopping happens after people return home from work and on weekend. At the minimum I would expect them to have return information ready just in case like most of the internet retailers. In any case -- not a good experience. Too much hustle when there are other options. This business gives a bad name to online shopping . They really should make an effort to join 21st century.

Do not buy from State Line Tack. I ordered something from this website on november 30th as a christmas gift for my mom. It was back ordered until 12/2, which wasnt that long so I didnt think it was a problem. It then got back ordered at least 3 more times. I stopped counting after that. Ive called and asked and they said they have no way of knowing when the order would arrive or ship. I knew it was christmas and things get back ordered and messed up all the time so I wasnt incredibly upset. I bought another christmas gift for my mom and was going to just use it as her birthday gift in february. Well over 2 months later I get an email saying my order has been cancelled and they no longer have the item in stock... Why sell me an item in the first place if youre not going to fullfill the order and make me wait for 2 months. Dont waste your time or money on this site.

Very irritated. Ordered some boots on February 21st, and was informed they were backordered and would be coming in on Febuary 28th, shipped to me February 29th (Leap year). I called on March 4th, and was told the website was wrong, and they would be coming in on March 7th, and shipped to me March 8th. On March 11th I called, they told me they HAD NEVER told me that, and the shipment would be coming in on March 14th. Today is March 18th, and I am currently on hold to cancel my order. They still have not been shipped out, was told again I was lieing, and the next shipment is coming on March 21st. Would not reccomend this store. Will never be ordering from here again. You get what you pay for.

I have been shopping here quite a bit lately for my horse and I recently had an issue with a blanket I bought not being waterproof. The customer service team was amazing and so helpful and I got to keep the blanket and was refunded for my purchase so I could buy a new blanket with that money. Thank you guys for being so helpful and understanding!

I was SHOCKED to see that this plave had bad reviews. The prices are absolutely amazing. like dirt cheap isnt a strong enough description. They have never sent me anything that wad the wrong size or color. I ordee from them probably twice a month. shipping could be fastet, but its soooooo worth it because of the prices
