I wasnt thrilled. I heard great things about Sterling Meadows so I signed my dogs up. They were there over 4 days during Thanksgiving break. I have a Great Dane and they said they had a lot of experience with large dogs. I paid for the extra, so my dogs could play outside (who charges extra so the dog can go outside?). I called to check on them and was told my dog was "being funny" toward them and he is agressive. I have never seen him be aggressive, so that made warning bells go off. He is normally with our other dog, but they said he was picking on the other dog so they separated them. When I got back, my dog had lost about 20 lbs. I was scheduled to take them back for christmas, but we decided to take them to another kennel. We took them to Cosmos Corner in VA Beach for 9 days. It cost a little more, but worth it. My Dane did not lose any weight. No tummy problems. He had no "aggression" problems, and he seemed to have had a great time. One of the employees has a friend at Sterling Meadows who told her my Dane was not let out to play. Im glad I paid for a service I didnt get.

They have always had all the products we have needed for my granddaughters Palomino. The employees have always been very helpful & knowledgeable especially for children with special needs. They treat you like you are family and make your shopping experience very special. I would recommend this store to all pet lovers and also if you want to buy a gift for that someone special.

My cat has to go to Sterling meadows on a regular basis due to my work schedule. He became ill while boarding and the staff were excellent. They took care of him very well, the vet was called, the vet bill was taken care of until my return and regular updates were sent to me via texts. Highly recommended.

I have to be careful in here! Ample selection of English tack, plenty of brushes and grooming supplies. Lots of show coats and shirts! Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Fantastic! I live a couple hours away and they are still my go to place! Wonderful staff, extremely knowledgable and helpful! Couldnt ask for a nicer place or selection!
