I am not sure why this is an issue but I recommend NO ONE uses shoprite from home your spending a decent amount to pay for them to shop for you plus the delivery and then your vegetables are ALWAYS MOLDY. WHO WANTS THAT. Then if you call to make a complaint your only option from the managers is a refund for the loss product on your next order or to go to the store itself for a refund. This is not the first time this has happened to me and this is not the only store having this issue. I will take the loss at this point and never use them again since they are careless with the shopping and careless about how to handle the issue. They advise they will address this to the staff but clearly they have not. If they had just offered to redeliver the issue items I would have been happy but apparently its not an option.

Tried to buy a six-pack of beer, was refused because I forgot my ID, the fact that I am 70 years old seemed not to matter. I was told "they have to ask for everyones ID". Before this I quickly looked at the wine prices and saw that they are cheaper across the street at the State Store. I then looked for six or seven food items, some of which were on sale. Three of the items were out of stock and the shelves were a mess. I think it is time to start patronizing the Yardley Shoprite that has a better selection of items, is cleaner, has an olive and salad bar and a State liquor store attached next door.

Excellent Market before remodeled, even better after.. More like a Gourmet type of Market. A new expansion of Specialty items,that you could not find are now available, excel higher then your average " Grocery Store" Staff is excellent, especially a few employees that make it s point of greeting you. If you happen to go in when the stocking crew are in the isles, very courteous & helpful. This was not just a face lift,but complete overhaul. Excellent !!!

I love shopping at shop rite. I do all my shopping only at your store.. I am just disappointed in the cold fresh vegetable section.. The vegtables seem old & no real fresh color, it has just been like that the past few months. It almost seems like you change the place where you were buying them or something changed.I am going to have to start going somewhere else to purchase fresh vegetables. Otherwise the store is great.. Thank you

I used the shop from home option. The people working there were great!! Thats the only reason I am leaving 2 stars. I got a dozen kaiser rolls on Sunday August 2nd (sell by August 4th, 2015) we went to use them August 6th, 2015 (cupboard kept) every roll had mold on them. We also ordered strawberries that were bad. I dont know if it is a problem picking items, or a freshness problem. I will not be buying items online again.

The produce department need improvements onions smell knats flying around. Grocery department always love stock and you took out brand names like delmonti tomatoes line not the same anymore I use to Bragg about the Shoprite not any more. I worked for pathmark 28 years Im hoping the righting not on the wall this how pathmark started going down.

Awful service. Every time I go there they r out of the fries I get there. This is every week . I asked someone 2 check in the back. They said everyone in frozen section was gone 4 the night. I went 2 service desk & the last who didnt want 2 b bothered tried 2 call Steve 4 times. Steve never came. Needless 2 say I wont waste my time there anymore.

I like this store for alot of reasons.First ,its surrounded by other stores for ultimate convenience.second,its clean,knowledgeable staff on duty,and you can bribe your grandfather to go w/u with a promise of sending him off into the BEER garden.You can feed granpa at the mini buffet or offer one of their sandwiches n he may wanna stay!

I have shopped at this ShopRite for over 10 years and I started saving with coupons a few months ago well low and behold now the front end managers and some cashiers have major attitude with me I dont appreciate the rude behavior or lack of patience associate and managers reply need to be trained in customer service

They dont sell family size boxes of cereal. Walmart sells all varieties of family size cereal for $3-$4. They also sell low grade cat food with grains and fillers. How about some grain free and LID, limited ingredient (one protein) cat food. Cats are carnivores not vegetarians or grain eaters..

I had a bad experience at shop rite but was contacted by the manager who apologized 2 me & made me feel like she really cared. She made every effort w let me know something like that would never happen again. She did everything she could 2 make it right.

Excellent staff at this location, been my main supermarket for the last 14 years. Very accommodating and starting to look very nice after their 2014 remodel (still in progress). Best sale prices, outstanding customer service and decent location.

I was disappointed that they didnt carry the infamous Browns Shop rite sweet potato pie :( I was excited to learn it was a Browns Shop rite but I can see they dont have all the same variety that the Shop rite in the city has.

I really like Shop Rite. They have Alot of good sales, but it seems a lot of other items are overpriced to make up for it. They lack fresh fish (always previously frozen). Lack of health food aisle.

Poor selection of produce and what they do have is usually a few days from expiration. I am a fan of Shoprite but would much rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the Yardley location.

A little smaller than the other ShopRite I usually go to but sufficient. They sell beer here so thats a plus if you want to grab a 6 pack on the go
