It appears as if Wal-Marts regular stores, like this one, are not well-run or well-maintained at all. Unlike the supercenters, which seem to be extremely well organized and well maintained, not to mention cleaner! I moved back to the West Chester area, having formerly lived in Malvern a few years ago, for school purposes, as I am attending the paralegal education program at Widener University and could not continue to commute from State College, PA, as I did for one semester-January to May of 2009. I recently started going back to the Exton Wal-Mart once I moved back down here, and was appalled. I used to go there and its much worse than I remembered. No customer service, waiting in long lines, restroom is fairly well maintained but not great, lots of poorer quality merchandise than I remembered. I have had to return some things recently and they have been very good about that, but have had to wait 20 minutes or more in line. Pharmacy people are very good but overworked. Wal-Mart needs to get its people in here to check on this particular store and find out what is wrong and FIX it; until then, if I have to use this chain, I will drive to the Parkesburg store, which is a supercenter, which I know is well run.

My husband had a tumor removed at the University of Penn this am, I went to your pharmacy at the Exton,Pa store and Shelia announced that the DOCTORS WERE NOT IN NET WORK WITH WALMART and were not in your computer! They had not put there first names on the perscriptions. I got the first name and returned to the store, now everything is fine except they now had 5 perscriptions ahead of me it would be about an hour wait. I returned in 90 minutes and she was just finishing up the perscriptions and Mila left the pharmacy when Sheila announced it would be one minute and now there is no one to give me the perscription! I asked to speak to the store manager and she refused. Now there is a long line behind me guess they are as upset as I was! There was no reason for any of this except Shelia thought she was being funny. Hopefully no one else has this kind of problem and it will be corrected.

Not only is this store completely filthy all the time, there isnt even a hint of customer service ever. If you want to speak with someone from a specific department be prepared to wait all afternoon for an uneducated or ignorant response. I dont understand how a store in the Chester County Area can get away with the filth of an inner city store, the competence of back county store, and the customer service of an outsourced company. Our only hope is that this store with leave soon with its trash and provide room for quality like Target. Walmart....always low quality always...

The folks behind the counter are very knowledgeable and very helpful. When we first started picking up my wifes prescriptions here, the pharmacist was curious and concerned about my wifes condition. The prescriptions are ready for pick up within hours of calling them in. Our overall experience with this pharmacy has been pretty good. Every once in awhile one of the clerks behind the counter is a bit curt, but I chalk that up to the atmosphere in this Walmart store which I can most charitably describe as strained. The pharmacy is the bright spot. Keep up the good work!

I spend over $500.00 at Walmart each month. Yesterday I was double charged for an item. The time before, I was charged a higher price at checkout than what was advertised on the shelf. God knows what I havent caught. To correct the matter, I stand in line at customer service, and then have to wait for a manager....unbelievable. Try to call and get some response on the telephone-Better luck reaching NASA. This place is unbelievable. With the economy as it is, how do they get away with this?

The employees are few and VERY rude when you finally get someone to help you. Expect to wait 10+ minutes in line when returning something and then wait another 5 minutes if you need a managers override just for a simple return. It doesnt end there, the managers are rude and snotty as well. Today was the last straw, I will NOT be shopping at this Walmart again.

I have been filling a med here for the last 6 months and the staff are always so kind to me. Unfortunately the particular medication isnt covered by my insurance but they have helped me find discount programs to make it more affordable. Thank you for helping me with this stressful process!

I try to avoid going to walmart because they treat their employees like crap. But I needed some hooks and weights for fishing so I stopped in. Lets see all you hear is non English speaking illegals, long lines and only 2 cash registrars open . never again will I go back to Walmart
