A friend of my husband recommended Professional Pharmacy. My husband was looking for a good motorized chair. The two of us visited last Saturday. The person helping in that area was polite and helpful. My husband chose a chair and the material (type and color). There was a discount because of buying on Memorial Day weekend. Delivery was scheduled for 4 days away...Wed of that week. Two men came, who were very polite, cordial, and VERY STRONG. This heavy chair had to be carried up steep, narrow, slate steps and then across our yard and into the bedroom. They handled it all perfectly!! They both had a good sense of humor and they demonstrated and explained all the chair features. We would recommend using Professional Pharmacy for these chairs. I forgot to mention that for $20 they also took away our old chair. Also heavy and bulky.

Never disappointed. They have all the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) you want or need. They take time with you to make sure everything is fitted to you personally. If you have a prescription, they will deal with the insurance Co to have them pay there share. Also has beautiful decor for the seasons, great signs, willow angels. Plenty of items to buy, including cards for all seasons & events thru the year. They have a pharmacy also. They are knowlegable & if a prescription has to be mixed, they send it out to be compleated at a specialist, sterile environment. When the store has it they will call you back. I cant say enough good things about this store. I could continue, then it may be a book. LOL :)

The staff is very helpful. We have been using this pharmacy for at least 21 years. Always very professional and friendly ... and usually have what we need and additional items. Recently, I won a Gift Prize. I was stunned, but it helped make a hard time a bit more joyful. Thank you to all....for helping me. Not only the in-store people, but also your delivery men. And also, those who have helped me keep track of purchases....To all, a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanzaa ...May your season be filled with love, peace and joy.

hello , i have been coming to professional pharmacy for 8 years now . i dont use any other pharmacy. not only do i get all of our families scripts filled here but also buy alot of my jewelry , cards , gifts etc. . Things i would not be able to find at say .. wallmart . Unique things. also all of thier employees are wondeful , Carmen , A.J., Viki etc. . i will never switch . i love P.P. xo love, Nicole Allatt

needed compression wraps they got them for me , then they realized they werent getting any money from the insurance company for them , out of pocket they would be 60 bucks total , so they told me they would no longer get them for me, took a threat from me a call to the manager and a call from my insurance to make sure i get the equpiment i needed. also told them i had bad experience in the pennsburg supply store and they called them and passed on my imformation so they know to be nasty to me there as well .

Very unpleasant staff that seem to be constantly having a bad day, particularly the woman with the conspicuously phony Irish accent. That plus always seem to come out with medication missing, well, just read the article of the pharmacist that got caught stealing from Professional Pharmacy, over a period of eight (8) years? Thats a long time to go unnoticed dont ya think? Certainly dont recommend to friends and dont recommend to you!!! Unprofessional Pharmacy would be a much more appropriate name!

I have been with Professional Pharmacy for over 12 yrs and have been extremely satisfied with their service .. I lived in New Jersey my whole life an moved to Virginia in 2006 .. I have continued to stay with them an get my compound meds Fed Ex .. yes there is a compound pharmacy here but I cannot afford their High Cost for my meds .. its cheaper to have Diane send them down here to me postage included

Arrogant young man completely disrespectful end anything but helpful to elders. Ive Heard good things but Id rather not be spoken to so unprofessionally.. maybe I can plan my trips around hes uncomfortable style of telling me Im better off going somewhere else to have my daily meditation filled.. my regular spot is good I came here because of reviews and location.

Great and normally quick service, they always have what you need and more and if they dont have a prescription you need they can normally get it within less than 48 hours and the people are just so kind and know you by name. A better more personal experience than any chain pharmacy.

I would rate professional pharmacy 5 stars. When I couldnt get a prescription covered they spent 4 days of back and forth phone calls till they found the problem. I was then able to fix the problem with my insurance company. The employees are always friendly and very helpful.
