Whitehall Pharmacy and team: If it were not for you and the way you conduct your business, Im not quite sure where my family would be. It has always been so difficult to obtain a good doctor, have my family and their welfare held high as a priority, and to get medicine that we may need at any time because of whatever reason. Insurance has always been an issue, and of course finances. We dont have much to work with, but when you have to face the cherry on top of a horrible pharmacy and a miserable employee on top of all of that, it can just ruin your day. Up until I met this family, I had absolutely lost all faith in the way the pharmaceutical industry is run. I figured that for the rest of our lives Id be jumping through hoops, arguing for no good reason about something that can determine the difference between my child or husband being well and being ill in bed, or being treated as if I were dirt by some person with a red shirt and corporate nametag on. I thought wed be doomed with the monster-chain prices, just stuck paying them and having no choice otherwise. And then, I met this family. Whitehall Pharmacy, from day one, has treated my family and myself as if our medical and welfare needs are as important to them as their own. We are ALWAYS greeted by name, if I send a prescription to them, it is filled within MINUTES. There were times where they literally came back to the store after having left just to make sure my husband got what he needed and wouldnt be sick that night. These are things that are not only impossible to experience with other chains, but that can determine the difference between a good day and a horrible one. Ever since I met them and starting relying on them for our needs, this entire process has been so much simpler that I cant even believe it. Im saving so much money, and am actually finding that I enjoy picking up prescriptions now versus when I used to dread it! When you feel like a very small person with very little means to do anything, and very little power to make a change or take care of your family, the support and dedication that they show just makes all the difference in the world. Im no longer handing a very important piece of paper to someone that couldnt care any less at all about what its for, why we need it, or when we get it. Im passing very important information on to amazing people. They execute needs just remarkably, and Im pleased to finally have an opportunity to share this. Those of you that havent changed your pharmacy to Whitehall Pharmacy, do it now. If you want to be treated like family, or like your familys medical needs are truly as important as they should be to anyone that encounters them, go to them. One last thing Id like to mention, apart from just how great they handle any type of medical needs we have, is about how I was actually helped with a very serious illness I have in a way that Ive never been helped before. I have been putting a certain treatment off for a long time because of being afraid of what it may cost or what Ill have to endure, but one person here actually restored the faith in me that even if other corporations would make me jump through hoops and make me feel as though this treatment is not obtainable, HE would make sure it happened. Or, at least try his absolute hardest. I couldnt believe the lengths he was going to just to help me cure this illness I have. This is something that could keep my life from being cut short. Something that could give me more years to be with my children, my grandchildren, my husband. It could be because of this man that I actually lived longer, when no one else would help me obtain the treatment I needed to do so. These are the people Im talking about here, I mean every single word. They are wonderful, real, dedicated, honest, hard working people that truly care about your lives and wellbeing. Trust in them as we did!!! You wont regret it!!! Thank you Whitehall Pharmacy!!!!! <3 <3

I previously used to get my medication at CVS, but I just got used to being a number customer. The experience was very generic and I thought that I shouldnt expect anything more. Till I started going to Whitehall Pharmacy. I didnt have insurance for some time and my medication was very expensive therefore, I thought I would get as much as I can afford and take less each day to make them last. My illness was progressing and that would have caused me going back to ICU. Ricken (I think thats how you spell his name???) allowed me to purchase the medication at his cost and that SAVED MY LIFE!!!. I live about 30 minutes from the pharmacy, but I will never change my pharmacy regardless of how far I live. Not only are the friendly, courteous, knowledgeable .... they exercise humanity. I was floored at the fact that a total stranger valued my life enough instead of money. They are the BEST!!! Tatiana Tooley

My family and I just relocated back to Pennsylvania from Georgia and I had no clue where to find a good pharmacy in the new area we are in. My father was on his heart medication for quite sometime, the previous pharmacy I went to was always so rude when i asked questions, or went to go pick up the prescription! I found whitehall pharmacy by driving by it on one day. I went in to speak with the head pharmacist to see what all they offer. The knowledge and support i was given was personal. It felt like they actually cared!

The people here at Whitehall Pharmacy are GREAT! I Love them like family. They really care and make you feel so at home. I have never had a Pharmacy go the extra mile (s) the way they do to help make sure all their client have what they are prescribed. He spoke with my doctor personally and, as a team, they garnered a game plan for me and my medication. Always friendly, fast & polite. I go there for two people and they always ask how the person is doing as well as how Im doing. Great prices & smiling faces, what more can anyone ask for. If you have to wait its never more then 10 minutes, honestly I dont think Ive ever waited that long. Keep up the great prices and the awesome job you do.
