I have 2006 Chevrolet Impala, it now is non-warranty as it needs oil change, new parts as it got new muffler with exhaust pipe also. I am really please the service went great with their hard working and their respect, it make s me feel part of Chevrolet family to them at John Sauder. I would come back for any reasons if my car have some problem, I come to John Sauder Auto Service. They also mail in coupon of price discount for brakes, tires rotate, or even oil change with any fluids recheck, it is the one I feel good to keep my car runs last longer, if any mechanic finds any problems, they call service person to explain to me to fix or delay for new parts, I accept their respect to keep my car runs safe in any season no matter what, safe comes first was at John Sauder Service place. I brought in my 2013 Chevy Cruze for inspection and an oil change. I had no problem getting an appointment and the car was finished in a timely manner. The waiting area is comfortable, and Larry Sweigart is friendly and polite. I saw Pat who worked with me when I bought the car last June and we had a friendly chat. I love my Cruze and am very pleased with the service people at Sauders. Recently a co-workers son bought a used car at Sauders, and he and his father were both very impressed with the service. I live in Florida and was looking for a truck. I was on auto trader and found one here that was way cheaper than anywhere else! So I called the dealer and they gave me an out the door price that was the same as on the internet. So I flew up to BWI and they picked me up from the airport 2 hours away, bought me something to eat and had everything already set up! I got to the dealership and signed the papers and walked out! I would highly recommend this dealer for many reasons, but my top ones are they are honest and they have the cheapest prices in the United States hands down!

Always a great experience at Saunders . They are great at catering to my busy schedule . Had a leak on my 2014 Silverado that wasnt bad enough to be able to find at the time I had it in the shop, so I brought it back another time as it got worse and they found it and fixed it and even covered it under warranty where it was there the first time before my warranty ran out . Saunders service department are not only professional but also have integrity which is hard to find anymore . Keep up the good work .

Hello, I had 2 lights on the dash & my Silverado was not running very well. I called the Dealership & they told me they were Very busy, but would at least Diagnose the problem. I was only there about 40 minutes & they had the truck repaired. I was Very Elated !!! Thank You, AWB

I purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruze RS. Pat had all the paperwork ready to go when I got there. Being from NY I was very happy to find the car ready to go home with me. We even had a good lunch at a place he recommended before our drive back to NY. A very good experience for sure.

Was there to get an oil change, tire rotation & for them to tell me about my tires. Everything was done to my satisfaction. They had told me that Ill need tires soon. I was given pricing for my tires. The waiting room is very comfortable & everyone is so nice.

Came in from out of state, van broke down, had towed in less than 1 hour to get van in tho you were busy in service dept. found problem less than 1 hour, satisfied w/bill quote, very congenial atmosphere. Great help. Would recommend your company.

Avoid this Dealership. Bought a used suburban on Saturday. Sunday found the cruise control was broken. Called Monday and told to bad not only was the problem mine to fix but they wouldnt do the work. Avoid this Dealership!
